CRR-Win Pro offers the same ease of use as the former basic program (CRR-Win) but with advanced features for the professional. Filters allow you to specify USE CODES and ZIP CODES/CITY NAMES for importing data of interest to you.
Foreclosure records can be "marked" for immediate recall. This means that within your main database, you can have two others made up of data you select. CRR-Pro will print labels (or generate mail merge files) on your laser or inkjet printer and automatically keep track of up to three mailings for you. Follow up mailings are a snap. CRR-Pro will manage the original mailings and two reminders. You don't have to worry about repeat mailings, CRR-Pro will take care of that for you too. Customized mail merge letters and reports are available as an option. Or if you like, export selected data to a file for use with ACCESS, Q&A, EXCELL and many other general purpose programs (these third party programs must accept Dbase "level 7" files).
Networking is available. Several of our larger customers have the CRR-Pro program networked on several computers which share a common database. Call for information.

Auto-download your foreclosure data. No need to log onto the CRR web page and manually download files. The program will do that for you. Obtain Yahoo! or Mapquest maps for a property with one click (cable, dsl and most dial-up services- NOT AOL)
Multi-line select is now available in the browse view to select multiple properties. Mark, delete or print multiple properties at one time. Print one of three different formats from the browse view.
The user can now enter his own data records if necessary.
Update trustee sale dates much more easily. The sale date index is switched off so that editing sale dates will not cause the program to "jump" to the new date. Just reindex when finished editing.
