You might wonder why software would be useful at all since the data can be viewed on the CRR web site anyway. This is a common question among beginners, particularly. The fact is, the day a you view on the web page is a "snap-shot" of a particular property and is therefore static. It will never change. When you download the data and use the CRR-Pro program, you build your very own customized database on YOUR OWN computer. You can keep trustee sale dates updated (they often postpone). In addition, you can delete the properties with foreclosures that cancel. You can quickly locate any property in your database. You can generate mailings and reminders with predetermined intervals.
